The Conference will be hosted in two extremely attractive locations, the ancient town of Udine and the world-famous Venice.
Venice is one of the best known tourist destinations in the world. The city has an average of 18 million tourists a year thanks to its celebrated art and architecture. There are numerous attractions in Venice, such as St Mark’s Basilica, the Doge’s Palace, the Grand Canal, and the Piazza San Marco. The Lido di Venezia is also a popular international luxury destination.
Udine is a small historical town with several squares of Venetian style: from Piazza Libertà, defined as “the most beautiful Venetian square on the mainland”, to Piazza Matteotti, all surrounded by porticos, and looking like an open-air lounge. On the hill of the town rises the castle: from its walls you can see the whole city, the mountains all around it, whereas to the south, less than an hour’s drive away, there is the Adriatic Sea.
